Comtech is a subcontractor to IBM supporting Navy’s ERP sustainment and special projects in Finance & Audit and Supply Chain Planning and Master Data. The Navy ERP solution includes over 100 interfaces to legacy systems and other external partners with over 4.5 million IDOCS posted and 555,000 batch jobs run per month. Comtech consultants centrally located in Mechanicsburg, PA, but coordinate with NAVSUP Aviation Planning Management in Philadelphia and NAVSUP Maritime Planning Management in Mechanicsburg to synchronize tasks. Comtech supported operations and maintenance (O&M), development, reporting and training; help desk incident resolution and management, security administration, business process innovation, modernization, and standardization across the Navy organization to overcome differences in business requirements and culture and to speed user adoption.
